Hi, I'm currently away from Canada and I don't use my phone plan anymore. Where can close my phone line online? Thanks for your feedbacks!

If you're on prepaid, you don't have to do anything. Your phone will expire about 90 days from your last top up. If you're on monthly, you need to call Koodo to cancel your service. You can reach Customer Service at 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Thank you however what is this 10 CAD charge for ? I will settle and pay will outstanding, why to pay extra 10 cad for closure ? Kindly suggest

The $10 fee is for asking the Customer Service Representative to complete tasks you could complete in Self-serve. For other tasks, no fee is charged. Account closure cannot be done online, so no fee.
