Help please! How do I become "authenticated"??


Emailed Koodo for help with 100 free minutes, and they responded that I was no authenticated, so they couldn't go into my account to help? Does anyone know how to become authenticated?

You'd have to get the main account holder to call customer service and have you added to the account as an authorized persons on the account so you have the authority to make changes to the account.

I don't think that's what she is saying. When you send an email to koodo they have to validate if you are who you are. She would have to log into self serve when sending the email.
