Having issues


Hi.my phone isn't working anymore and I just want to pay off the tab which has only 2.88 left on it so I can get a new phone and start a new tab but it won't let me pay it off and it says I can't pick a new phone until I pay it off.How do I proceed ?Also once I get a new phone am I able to keep my current plan which is not available anymore ?Thanks

Where are you trying to pay it off? Online on the koodo site? And what error message are you getting when you try?

Log in to self serve and go under 'tab' and there should be an option to pay off your tab. If for some reason it won't let you, you can try a clearing cache and cookies and using a different browser OR you can call koodo (which I recommend) and tell them you want to pay off your tab since it's not working on self serve. As for your plan you can certainly keep it! However if you decide to go on tab M, your current plan must be at least $30 or any of the current monthly plans. Or if you want Tab L, you need a Tab L specific plan (which I don't recommend.)

Thanks I tried a different browser and it allowed me to pay off the tab this time but still won't allow me to choose a new phone.I guess I will have to call them.

Calling won't help. You can't order through their call center. Remember that online you can only use small tab (150) if you need more you gotta go to a store.

You have to be logged into your self serve before you can buy a phone online on Tab S. If you want to use Tab M or Tab L you must purchase in store
