have an order (to increase data) but cannot check out

Have selected 12 gb canada wide and added to my cart.  how does one check out?

no matter what I do, to upgrade my data I will need to add a new phone.  so apparently I cannot change data without adding a new phone.  thanks for your help.

You can change data without upgrading. Once you are in the Self-Serve portal, click “Manage plan and add-ons”, then click “Change my plan”.

If you just want to change plan you can just go into your self-serve to do so.
