has koodo changed my plan to include unlimited minutes?


Has Koodo changed my plan to include unlimited minutes? I had a $30 plan with 150 Canada wide minutes, 200 MB of data and unlimited texts. Now it says I have unlimited Canada wide minutes.

Are you sure it doesn't say "unlimited canada-wide LD"? Because they're not the same thing and Koodo can't change your plan without your consent either.
It says "unlimited Canada-wide anytime minutes". The 150 minutes isn't mentioned at all. I'm complaining. If it's correct it's a great improvement.  Just wondering if it's correct.
That should read "I'm not complaining"!!

I haven't seen any plan at 30$ that has unlimited minutes. Just to make sure we're not giving out bad information, can you post a screenshot of what you see please?

I coped and pasted the info and deleted my full name and phone #.

I have ultd and it shows that :



If you have the same thing, then I'd go and say that you have indeed unlimited minutes!

It shows that I've used 86 of 150 minutes.  This is why I'm confused.  Is it 150 minutes or unlimited??

I want to follow this topic.....
Before I had a chance to call Koodo, the website was back to 150 Canada wide minutes.  However the Koodo self serve app on my phone says "Unlimited Canada LD".  Is this different from unlimited Canada wide?

Yeah. Unlimited LD, means you will pay no extra fee for Long Distance calls (Canada-Wide) in my opinion
