After reading reports about upcoming changes to plans and features, I decided I should claim the BYOD discount, in case it was axed later. My customer service rep, Oliver, was very helpful. It turned out it was the first day of a new billing period, so he tried to access my bill to amend it. He was unable to do so but promised me that if he was unable to change the bill later, he would process an adjustment later. He explained how and when I would receive notification of the adjustment. Everything happened just as he promised. I have never had a bad experience with customer service but Oliver was particularly helpful and friendly. Thanks Oliver!
