Got an E-mail saying I am now with Koodo prepaid?


Hello , I am a monthly customer that just got an e-mail saying: Welcome to koodo prepaid! And tells me that my plan is now prepaid .... but when I check online I still have my monthly account on self serve.... Any ideas? I had the 30$ a month CAN talk and text plan. Thanks!

Everyone received that email in error from Koodo. Don't worry nothing has changed with anyone's account. You should have actually received another email explaining everything. Like I said though it's nothing to worry about, just carry on enjoying your weekend ☺️
