So I'm incredibly frustrated at Koodo. I purchased a plan today, tried to register and the system was down... now that it's up when I click on the link in the email Koodo sends to verify registration, an error page pops up to contact customer service. I've been on hold for 50 minutes trying to reach customer service. Please help!
