For those of you who upgraded using small tab, the invoice they email you with your "new plan" can be ignored, right?


...because I plan on keeping and transfering my old plan thank you very much 😞

The "being-able-to-keep-your-old-plan-when-buying-with-small-tab" is still in effect, right?

I'm asking here because my old phone was stolen; and I cut off the service.

Yes it's still in effect. You didn't get transfered to a different plan tho did you? I'm confused by you getting an invoice with a new plan. Does it state which plan or that you must pick a new plan?

I personally would never ignore an email that mentioned something I don't approve of. So as Goran said, what exactly was the content of the email? Did you get a new phone (store, online)?

Online purchase. An LG G5 w/ small tab, replacing a stolen G4. I suspended the service on the stolen phone and phoned them about it. I specifically told them I wanted to continue paying to keep my plan going for a possible new phone and they agreed.

the plan on the invoice is $35/month, 200 minutes/ unlimited text....my plan is cheaper with the same.

There is a space for a signature...which of course I won't be signing. The new phone is on its way but I won't open up the box until this is sorted out.

Sucks not having a phone, you know?

It's been happening where people are supposed to pick a new plan by the system even if you select a tab small. I would send London a private message via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to make sure everything is ok.

When you got the new phone online did you basically open a new account? If there's an account number on the document your were emailed check to make sure it is the same as the account number you have showing in your self serve you've always used.
The account numbers match.
