first bill incorrect


why do i have a monthly service plan bill for 60 dollars on my bill when i only signed up for 50 dollars! also i am being charged a full month bill for only 5 days in September

Your first bill includes a partial charge from your activation date to the end of your billing cycle plus the next full month in advance. http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/charges-explained/charges-on-your-first-bill

Yeap, the bill is indeed correct. Totally normal. 🙂
All of koodo's services are billed in advance, and then we wait for overages and things like that before we put them on the bill for that month. as an example...if you change plans to a cheaper plan next month, then you will receive a credit for the length of time that you do not have the more expensive plan and then charged the amount for the rest of the month in advance
