Faulty booster activation?


i bought two booster packages at the same time i bought my koodo sim card 2 months ago. i switched to koodo a few days ago and attempted to put my boosters on as well, using the pins as instructed. They did not show up on my plan so i tried them again, and now they say "Those pins have been used already". But i don't have my boosters. Why? What do i do to get them without re-buying them?

By two boosters packages, do you mean top up vouchers? if the pin has already been used, you should take them back to the place you got them at and request a refund.

Another possibility is that your vouchers were used to renew the base plan, Kaiho. The word "boosters" might have confused the matter a bit... but if you add a voucher, it is used for whatever purpose comes first until used up. If you hadn't activated any boosters at the time, but if you had added the vouchers to your account, my guess is that it took $30 in top up fees 🙂
Oh, sorry about the confusion. I meant add-ons. All I had done was register with Koodo and put the Koodo sim card in my phone and get the prepaid plan, and then when I went to add the add-ons I had issues... first they wouldn't show up, and then when I retried they said the pins were already used... I assume by ME on my first attempt.

What does it say when you check your top up history? Prepaid self service - Billing - Transaction history - Last 90 days. Do they show up there?
