Existing customer for only 2 months, BYOD, can I change my plan to get recent offer of $10 bill credit?

I signed up as a bring your own device customer 2 months ago, for the $55 month, 500 mins Canada-wide plan with 2 GB free data bonus. Today I noticed the same plan being offered with an additional $10 monthly credit (this offer expires TODAY). Am I able to switch my plan to this one? Everything is same except the offer of $10 minthly bill credit is new and I would like to get that. I already received a SIM Card when I originally switched to Koodo 2 months ago so I do not need or want to pay for another one. Other postings on other topics in this community advise us to keep on the lookout for new plans and offers from koodo. Since I'm fairly new customer, I don't understand how to go about changing plans, if and I don't want to do something in error and then end up loosing what I already have. Thanks

Usually those offers are for new customers. As I cannot see it, I can't confirm that. What province are you  in?

If you change your won't get the 2gb bonus as you are not a new customer and your not upgrading your phone on the tab so I wouldn't change it.
I'm in Alberta. Ok, I guess I will keep things as they are. But is that how these offers work - only for new customers?? What's the point of looking for deals if they generally don't apply for existing customers? Seems like I should have waited and got this better deal. ALSO: offer says for new customers or existing customers that renew. What does "renew" mean in this context? I've only been in my existing plan for 2 months. Do I have to be in it for 24 months or 20 months or some other time before it can be "renewed"?? Confusing.

I'm in Alberta. Ok, I guess I will keep things as they are. But is that how these offers work - ...@Shawn, the term 'renew' refers to upgrading your device on TAB. The offer you mentioned indeed was available to both new and existing customers. And no, you do not have to wait to pay off your tab before you upgrade your phone.
