Email did not arrive for registration


I did not receive the email for registration. I am wondering if you copied it down wrong. What should I do? I purchased a sim card post paid.

Check all your junk folders. And then if you cannot find it, try messaging Koodo via PM on Facebook. They should be able to fix you up.

It was indeed sent David. To the same email address as the one you used here. Did you check your spam folder? If it's not there pls send us a private message on Facebook and we'll help out.
