When i try to activate the Easy Roam free days offer (Text 16 to 7626 to activate) on my iPhone I get the message “Koodo: You have sent an invalid key word”. What am i doing wrong?

To redeem the offer, you should send the 6-digit alphanumeric code received in email to 7626.
Did you receive an email with such a code? Please don’t share the code here if you received it
The email from Koodomobile said to “Text 16 to 7626 to add and activate the Easy Roam offer on your account” and did not contain an activation code.

Unfortunately, Koodo no longer offer the option to communicate via email. Alternatively, you can schedule a call back through the virtual assist https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_support&INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_support so a Koodo representative can further look into it.
