Double Data doesn't show on the app


My double data deal doesn't show on The Koodo app; I changed my plan to the 45$ a month for 1gb of data and that was with double data but Iit says I only have 500mgb not 1gb so I'm worried and need help.

Check in your plan description. You may see the extra 500mb there.
I don't see anything there

Have you tried looking on actual self serve and not the app. That app is kinda in need of some TLC. Maybe it just doesn't show in there?

Yeah no it still says 500mgb not 1000mgb

When did you change your plan and how?

Are you on the old tab system by any chance?
 - If you are on the old tab system, you have to pay off tab first to switching to one of new plans.  Otherwise, you can switch your plan between old plans)
