I just bought a TCL 10 Pro and it said that I got a free tv with it.
You can't talk to a soul in this company, it's just automated this and that. I can't stand this.
I want to know how to get this TV. Why is it so difficult to talk to a HUMAN?!?

It stated in the fine print of the offer to go to https://tclpromo.ca to claim your tv. You need to do so by Dec 15th. The number Mayumi posted will work as well to contact them!
