Hi Kevin. Are you sure you are on one of the newer Shock Free days plans? I would message Koodo on Facebook or Twitter, and they can look into it for you.

Hey Kevin - I see your account and the charges (line ending in 28), but I'm also seeing that the notification preferences are turned off for Shock-free Data. Follow this link and check off the boxes to receive notifications when you hit 50, 90 and 100% of your bucket.

I checked for the phone # in question and all notification options are checked I don't care about notifications. I was told data would be automatically paused. It's the reason I chose koodo

Actually, Cory, Shock-Free Days would be a GREAT add-on for Koodo to offer!  No calls from the boss, no busy signals, perfect autocorrection and sunny, warm  forecasts on your lock screen!  Who wouldn't pay for that!! 🙂
