Data Usage Warning vs BILL REMINDERS


I just want to point out how anti-customer it is that Koodo will not send you a data usage warning (without doing any configurations) but they will gladly send you 5 messages per month reminding you to pay your bill.  Very helpful guys. Will not be staying with Koodo.

They do provide percentage alerts for data usage. If it’s not working for you, you should contact a Koodo rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist or sending a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/data-usage-alerts

What do you mean? Data usage notification is enabled by default unless you disabled it.

Please login to your self serve and your data notification setting.

You should see setting like this. Make sure there is a check mark there.

You should not be getting 5 reminders a month to pay your bill. Are all 5 reminders per month the same? Are they all via email?
