i got a 90% data usage text. but i recently changed my plan. 2gb and bonus 2gb. the 90% is os 2gb. why am i getting this?

It's possible there's a hiccup in your account. Is your email here the same as your self-serve?

It could be because of the proration since you changed your plan.

What is your bill date?  If you stil have say 15day til your new cycle, you only get 1GB of data. Then full data amount once new cycle started.
