Data usage exceeded but only texting & calling


Hi, I am being charged for exceeding my data usage limit but I am not doing anything on my phone other than calling & texting. I do not use apps, and haven't changed my usage recently. How do I get a refund or credit on my bill? Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
