Data turned off early

My account is for 10G of data and for the last 2 or 3 months my data has been shut off at 8G.  I need help resolving this.

Which phone do you have? It sounds like your phones data stop feature is capped at 8gb if it shows up in self-serve as you have 10gb on your account. So whichever phone you have you should check in settings. We can help you navigate through to confirm if you're not sure how or have a hard time with a how-to on google

It is turned off at koodo, they are asking me to purchase more.

Can you login to self serve and confirm that you actually have 10GB of data?

 

Appears I have 10G but for the last 2 or 3 months it has been turned off after 8G.  They don't appear to offer up a phone number anymore to talk to a human.
