Data stopped?


I recently (about a week ago) purchased a new phone and changed my plan to a plan with 5GB of data. My old plan included 2GB of data. On my Koodo self serve page it says the new plan is already in affect, but today my data was blocked until the 28th when my new cycle begins for reaching 2GB. Does this mean the 5GB plan does not come into effect until my new cycle begins?

Your new data will be prorated.

If you changed your plan about a week ago and your billing cycle is 28th to 27th, then it was about half way into your billing cycle.

It means you have 2.5GB of data until new cycle start.  Once new cycle start, you have full 5GB
