Hey there!

Just wondering if you guys could help me out.

I am trying to choose a new plan for my smart phone. However, everytime I go to choose my new plan the screen goes black.

Should I wait until tomorrow and call them to see what is going on?

Are you currently a Koodo customer? or you  would like to buy a new phone/SIM from them?

Regarding the error, I would suggest you clear the cache of the browsers or try on a different device/browsers and see if that helps.
