Data on moto G3 not working


I have recently purchased a 2gb data plan for my moto g phone but despite many attempts to make it function I have been unable to get it to work. I turn on mobile data but no effect.

I rebooted my phone and APN seems perfectly fine, where does one find data block in self selve?

I did not find the data block on the website but while searching my phone it says that the data is out of service while voice is in service and the cellular network state was disconnected

Can you test your sim in another phone or another sim in your phone to determine if it is your sim or you phone that's the issue?

I cannot at the time but will soon, for the time being anymore ideas would be appreciated.
Try to restart your phone after you get the APN settings right and also try to turn off your wifi just for the test to see how that works out.

On your device, Under data useage make sure a data limit hasn't been set.
