Data not working on moto g phone.


Moto G phone. Screen shows that data is connected but it is not working. I am no where near my data limit so I am not sure why it has stopped working. Help please.

Hi Lynn, Did you get the Moto G from Koodo? If not, you may need to check your APN settings: http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data-basics/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone If that is not the answer, please tell us what plan you have currently 🙂

It is an unlimited plan with koodo. It has up to 1 GB data.

Make sure 3G is checked, Lynn... and that data is switched on 🙂

Where do I check 3G? And my data is in the on position. I have tried switching it on and off.
Yes it is from Koodo.

Check your data limits set on the phone. In your Settings>Data Usage Note that you have to set this up yourself as the phone will not know your billing cycle
I'm having the same problem, I checked with a Koodo staff member who told me do a total factory reset. It still does not work.

What phone do you have? Postpaid or prepaid? Did you get your phone from Koodo or someone else? was it working before...etc.
