Hey everyone so bought a new phone online and upgraded the data to 4 gig at the same time  completed  order all worked out well except I never  received the data boost

When you login to self-serve does it still show your old plan active?

Remember, when you switch plans the data gets prorated for the rest of the billing cycle meaning you won't get the full allotment of the new plan until your next cycle.
