Hi! I've gotten the 10GB of free loyalty data recently but this month I've gotten my data shut off because I've used my limit of 5GB. The 10GB shows up in my Koodo account but not on my phone.

@Krstevens Your data was never shut off during your last bill cycle. As a matter of fact you barely used any of the available data you do have.  Which is good ‘cause you have that much more left till your next invoice. :-)

So, you see 5GB and bonus 10GB on your account?

How is your phone setting?  Does your data usage cycle much with your billing cycle?

Also, you set limit to 5GB on your phone?

You set your data limit on your phone. Your phone doesn't know your plan. 

If you go to settings > connections > data usage you can increase this amount to 10gb
