Hi,
I upgraded my phone and changed my plan. Now my 5GB for $5 add-on has disappeared. I asked Koodo Assist prior to upgrading and was under the impression that all add-ons would be kept. Can my data add-on be re-instated or is it gone forever now?

You shouldn't lose it for a phone on tab for sure. The plan change isn't supposed to make it happen either afaik. I can flag this for a Rep to look into.
