That said the number you showed is TELUS line not Koodo.
Your email addressed you used here corresponds with a deactivated account from Koodo a couple of years ago. Would there be a different account that you have?
Frustrating! I had an account that was cancelled years ago and have been on a $15.00 a month texting only plan. I buy add-on as needed. This is a Koodoo number - please could you explore further. Thanks.

Are you saying it is not showing up on self serve, or that it shows up but the data doesnt work on the phone?
