I just got a new phone and the data does not work, even though it's turned on. what do I do?

Follow the setup steps at https://www.koodomobile.com/setup wether you are ‘New to Koodo’ or an ‘existing Koodo Customer’. One more point, if you already have an ‘old’ koodo SIM which you have used before, you can use it with the new phone (you do not have to use the new SIM that came with the new phone).
