Have you registered on Self Serve yet? If not, here is the link to “How do I register for Self Serve?” http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve You can change your plan through self serve, also you can check your billing cycle, tab balance, account’s balance and the due date, etc. 🙂 When you create your Self Service account, the system sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. So check your e-mail and confirm it then try to login again.
