Have you registered on Self Serve yet? If not, here is the link to “How do I register for Self Serve?” http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve You can change your plan through self serve, also you can check your billing cycle, tab balance, account’s balance and the due date, etc.
When you create your Self Service account, the system sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. So check your e-mail and confirm it then try to login again.
