cutting costs

'Im trying to cut back on cost. 'Im thinking of disconnecting my internet witch cost me 80$ a month and replacing with a 5G plan with koodo for 88$ witch includes my phone. All I do at home is online banking, email, fb and light streaming from Netflix. is this reasonable?

I have unlimited internet with Bell. I am certain I have asked them this question before and the answer will be "we don't keep track of that stuff since its unlimited" I wonder why koodo doesn't offer 10G or unlimited plans as opposed to other companies?

I would approach this the other way around... keep your cable plan!! NEVER, ever get rid of it. Cut your mobile needs instead, use WiFi where possible and go with the lowest plan available, or even prepaid. You will thank yourself later 🙂

This is definitely the way to go. A good quality netflix movie takes about 300mbs per hour. So you're looking at over half a gb for movie streamed! Keep your internet at home, and cut the data from your plan entirely and use wifi.

Wi-Fi costs about 1-2% of mobile data rates. [b]Android data tips http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/data-and-how-to-make-the-most-of-it
