Hi, I have been a long time loyal BYOD Koodo customer and am looking to upgrade my phone and go back on a tab with 24mth contract. Why are all the extra promotions ($10 tab credit for 10mths, extra 2 gig data) only offered to new activations? Other than losing my existing phone number, it seems more beneficial for me to just cancel my current account and activate as a new customer. What am I missing? No loyalty benefits at Koodo?

The bonus data on the plans is available to existing customers getting a new phone on the tab as well
