Credit quiz


Last weekend I ordered a phone on the Koodo website. I got an email on Monday that I have to call to a phone number for a credit quiz. I've called several times now but get a voicemail every time I call. I've also emailed Koodo but didn't get a reply. Anyone who knows what to do? I should receive my new phone  5-6 business days after ordering, but since I can't reach Koodo by phone or email I don't think I will.

Not true. I've had some of the best service in years. Not saying the best. But most definitely not the worst.

Any idea of how I can reach them? They're not answering the phone and don't email back. I went to a Koodo booth in a mall but they just told me I should try calling them again.

No Goran koodo service is not good any more. It used to be good

No its still good. You just have to be patient and know how to contact them and which department to speak to depending on the problem ur having.

I have been with them for years ( So I know how to contact them Chadwick), When I first joined there service was great but no longer

It's damn near impossible to get 100% satisfaction. There can be employees that feel like they don't have to help with anything, or assume that any issues are automatically your fault. Those can be notoriously hard to stop entirely. Perhaps there is also some work culture issues at some call centres. So far, Koodo continues to have high levels (does not mean perfect) of customer satisfaction.

Hey Marlotn! Credit quizzes are done to make sure that the right person signed up for the service.  Did the web store team return your calls? They take calls from Tuesday-Friday, 3pm-9pm (Eastern time).  You must speak with them directly in order to get things moving. Keep us posted! - Melissa
