I need to make a change and cannot do it via Self Serve. I don't want to wait on telephone hold "for more than 15 minutes" and I need my phone asap. Otherwise I will change to a different carrier. This is ridiculous! Pete drj@telus.net

@ Peter, you are on seasonal hold. I will take a guess that your returned from your winter getaway and you'd like to remove seasonal hold so you could use your phone. All you have to do is to choose one of the plans currently available that suits your needs. You can do this online. Hope this helps!
