I am curious why the Canada-wide $30 monthly plan states “unlimited minutes”, while the Canada-wide $45 monthly plan states “unlimited Canada-wide minutes”.  Does this mean that the $30 plan is only  unlimited minutes for local calls?

It's just wording they didn't update.

They both have the Canada wide Unlimited minutes if the plan name or note mentioned about it.

BTW, $25 plan includes unlimited Canada wide minutes. $30 OP LJ an us data plan, means it doe as n to include talk minutes.
