changing rate plan to reduce cost

I just increased my husbands plan from $45 a month at 6GB data to $50 a month with 40GB data (all 4G speed).  I wanted that same plan but the option isn't available for me  . 

 

I currently pay $65 a month for 30GB of data on my plan (4 G speed).  I wanted the same plan as my husband but the only plans available are at a higher premium per month.  Nothing lower.  

 

There are 4 offers online for me and the “exclusive” offer me me states $65 for 75GB data.  I don’t need this much and I would love to have the same plan as my husband.  How do I get this???

You would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to look into it. nothing would guarantee thoughl Normally they only offer higher rateplan especially when you had a Tab.

I had a similar situation where I wanted to take advantage of a better offer with Koodo, but it wasn’t available to me because the offer was for new customers only. After trying to make contact with a rep without any luck,  I ended up closing my Koodo plan last night and switching to Public Mobile instead for a MUCH better deal. Both are owned by Telus and use the same Telus equipment for coverage. My old plan with Koodo was 20GB data @ 4G speed for $39. With Public Mobile I got 30GB data with unlimited data @ reduced speed after that, at 5G speeds for $40.

@Mando this is a very different situation. OP is referring to a personalized offer that was available to one of the lines on the account.
