Changing Plans

I’m currently an existing Koodo customer and want to change my plan to one of the black Friday deals but I don’t have that option, it’s it not available to existing customers?

I’m in a similar boat, I want to switch to one of the Black Friday BYOP plans but I don’t get it as an option. It shows when I am signed out, but when I log in it is gone and I’m only shown plans which cost more than my current plan. It also shows if I want to add a new line.

Other carriers have similar or cheaper plans running as a promo, right now I would save $10+ a month if a switched

What is your current plan and do you have any tab left on your account?

Those promo is for a new customers. If you don't have any tab on your account, then you could set up p a call back and ask them if you can get those promo. There is no guarantee, but you can try.

Other providers are the same too.  I see people going to new providers back and forth... It might be a little hard to switch if you bought a phone from them. ( Most likely you need to pay back tab bonus/ or similar if you cancel the service)
