Changing plan more than once in a billing cycle

Is there any way to change my plan again during this billing cycle ( I changed it a week ago) ? I know it's not allowed but I'm willing to pay a fee if need be...

Customers are only allowed to change their plan once per month, but they can call CSR's to change it anytime they want
