Changing a rate plan without buying a new phone - website error

As the title suggests I am trying to change my rate plan on my current phone but when I click the “Change my Plan” button when viewing my mobile services I get this error message:


A rate plan change is scheduled for {0}. You can change your rate plan after that date, and it will come into effect in your next billing cycle.


I...don’t know what to do about that?
