My mobile number is *** *** **** , I changed my rate plan to seational hold last month before I came to India for vacation and now I am returning back to Canada, Kindly change my plan to same as December 2020 cycle. Please reach me to my email xxxxx@gmail.com

Your best option is to schedule a callback with Koodo Assist (koodo.com/chat). Enter ‘resume service’ in the chat dialogue box to schedule a callback. Since you won’t be able to receive calls while your service is paused, you will need to request the callback to an alternate phone number (e.g. a friend or family member's phone number will work). If you don’t have an alternate phone number, send Koodo a private message through Facebook Messenger. 


Koodo includes a disclaimer; In most cases, we can set you back up on your old plan when you return to Canada; however, in some rare cases, we won’t be able to restore a plan, which usually happens if the plan has been discontinued.
