I'm a existing Koodo customer. Can I change my plan to pay as you go and still keep my number?
You’ll have to setup a prepaid account, which must have its own account separate from postpaid with its own self-serve. Once setup, you can go “move my number” in self-serve for prepaid to move over your number that you wish to keep. Your postpaid account will cancel automatically. You’ll have a final bill to pay for it.
To add on to what Goran said, you will need to purchase a new prepaid SIM card in order to activate your service. You can visit the following link to register your account on the prepaid Self-Serve portal. https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/
