Change Plan

I just got a new phone on August 19th and I am trying to update my plan through the self serve and it keep telling me that I have to wait 14 days to update and today is the 17th September almost a month. What is going on?

Do you see a list optional plan upgrades when you select the upgrade tab (but cannot select any from the list) or are you rejected upon selecting the  upgrade tab?

as you are a new customer,  the 14 days message wasn't a correct one. It should be 30days or next billing cycle. 

Anyway, If you wanted to change plan and saw that message, you will have to contact Koodo directly for assistance. Facebook messaging is probably the best method to reach them https://www.facebook.com/Koodo

No it Just tell me I need to wait 14 days.
