Change of rate plan & was wondering


I just changed my plan to the promo double mins but I was wondering if I still get Canadian long distance with the new plan & I did it as it said I have 30days left to my next cycle,so will I get the full 600mins ?

Yes your minites are Canada-Wide, but for the first month they will be prorated
Even if I changed it before the new cycle like a day before hand ?
Also it still shows my old rate plan on the self serve. Is this normal or do I have to log out & log back in my account ?
It said after 12am tonight I have 30days left to new billing cycle so I should get the full 600mins
Do I have to redo my voicemail ?

You don't have to redo your voicemail. Selfserve can take upto a day or two to update new plan info. If you update a day before your billing cycle, you should get the full 600min... but confirm with your self serve when it refreshes. A log out, cache clear and relogin wouldn't hurt 🙂

It still shows my old plan even when I log out and log back in each time

Call Koodo and have them see if the plan actually changed.
