Change of plan

Hi everyone,

I currently have the 49$/month plan including 6g of data & unlimited messages/calls. I started working from home recently so I won't need that much data. I tried using self serve to change my plan but the only options that seem available are the ones with even more data. Do I have to call koodo or visit a store if i wish to change for a lower data plan?

Do you have a tab ? If so you will need to pay it off may be to switch to some of the smaller plans

I do have a tab but I thought I could just keep on paying the tab and switch for a smaller plan? Not possible?

Which province plan are you on?
I just checked plans from On, and I see similar plan like your is $50 for 4GB... It means you pay more than your current plan and you get less data.
I wouldn't want to do that..
You might not use that much data now, but you might need it some months or in the future.
If you don't get fewer data you want with lower price, then it might be better to keep your plan.
