Change of plan


I tried to switch to another plan but it did not allow me to do so citing the following reason- the current plan is under spending limit. Whay does that mean? i am currently on 35$ plan with only 50MB data but new plan for 35$ has 300MB.

Hi Sadish,

I think it means that you have a spending limit on your current account. Call Koodo up using *611 from your mobile phone and ask them to see how to resolve this issue.
