Change the name of the Seasonal Hold plan to the Out of Country plan. I think the name would better fit this type of plan

Decent Idea but I highly doubt the name will change

Why is that?

Actually like this idea. Since the hold is only supposed to be for those snowbirds (or as I call them "traitors") or vacationers it would make sense rather than a seasonal hold.

And it would make it easier, in terms of recognizing the fact that it can only be applied when a customer is going out of the country.

On topic: I would also like to see it renamed, but I've see it used as a retention service or by parents trying to dicipline their children. Koodo employees are the only ones who can add it but they are typically willing to bend a little for customers to make them happy.

Can we use a service "Temporarily suspend" if parents trying to discipline their children? Or is "Temporarily suspend" only for a lost or stolen phone?

Suspending the service is always an option for disciplining children or a lost phone, but it still requires the customer to pay for the full price of the plan. Mostly that's what customers are supposed to do, but sometimes exceptions are made.
