Hi there, I want to change my phone plan because they have a better deal out right now 12 GB for 50$/month but when I click on Change my plan it says I can only change my plan once per billing cycle but I haven’t changed my plan in over 2 years ? It’s impossible I already changed it this billing cycle.
If anyone knows how to help me that would be greatly appreciated, thank you !

You'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out as it's some issue requiring a Rep to change manually.
