change monthly plan


I want to change my monthly plan from 300 min/data $40 to 500 min/data $45 but i couldn't do it through the website,

If you want, you can do it through the Self Serve app from the Google Play store, go into a store or you can give a call to *611 to change your plan. Plenty of options to assist!

The mobile Self-serve app does NOT allow plan changes, only add-on changes.

Not Jeff is right. When it comes to trying to change your plan on the website were you signed into your self serve account? If you were signed in your account and it doesn't allow you to change your plan, be sure to let customer service know that you couldn't make the change online. They shouldn't charge you for having them change it for you. Just my two cents 🙂

whenever i try to change plan from self serve website i get this message: "Sorry - there was an unexpected error. Please try again later."

There's a problem with your account, no way to fix it by yourself. Call Customer Service at 611 from your Koodo phone, 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
Just Call Customer Service ..
