Cant change rate plan

Hi There,

 

I am trying to change my plan but the available plans are don't load. t's been like this for 2 weeks.

@Mnajjar You have a deactivated account using the same login info which maybe causing the issue. Pls send us a private message and we can look into your situation.

Have you tried clearing browser cache and other browsers and devices?

Send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out if it still isn't working.

Yes it times out and gives a message the something went wrong on your end.
